Room & Travel
All room reservations must be booked through our travel agent, Abbey Vaden. This is required in order to get you the reduced group room rate. Abbey will also handle all flights to and from Punta Cana in efforts to get you the best flight rate. Abbey will work with any airline miles or airline preferred memberships.

-includes all inclusive stay (food, alcohol, gratuity) for four nights
-includes airport transfers roundtrip
-includes a $550 resort credit to use towards room upgrade, spa sessions, excursions, or shopping in the resort
-does not include flight
- We ask that you book flights and room through Abbey as end guest count could reduce the overall room and flight price for everyone
$100 deposit per ROOM
-3 people max to a room
-if with a 3rd person to the room, 3rd person must pay $50 for the room deposit ($150 total for one room)
-we are requesting the $100 room deposit be paid by February 6th at the latest, in order to confirm further wedding planning and to reserve your room from our blocked set at the negotiated rate
-you may cancel your room reservation WITHOUT penalty until April 17th (although we hope you don't!)
-deposits should be made through Abbey Vaden, travel agent
-last minute room deposits may be made until April, although we please ask to make your reservations before Feb 6th
-after your deposit is made, you may make payments through Abbey for the total cost of room and flight up until June 15th
